Standard cup:
1 tsp tea + 1 cup boiled water (~210°F)
Steep 5–10 min, strain, enjoy!
Herbal infusion (stronger & more medicinal):
3 tsp (1 tbsp) gently crushed herbs + 1–2 cups boiled water (~210°F)
Cover and steep 10 min to 8 hrs.
Great in a French press!
