All herbs are organic & ethically sourced

Brew Instructions

Standard Cup
1 tsp tea + 1 cup freshly boiled water (~210°F)
Steep for 5–10 minutes, strain and enjoy!

Stronger Herbal Infusion
For a more concentrated cup, use 1 tbsp (3 tsp) gently crushed herbs + 1–2 cups freshly boiled water (~210°F).
Cover and steep for 10 minutes to 8 hours, depending on the herbs and your preferred strength. A French press works beautifully for longer infusions.

📝 Brewing strength and cup yield will vary based on your personal taste and steeping time.
