If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please email us immediately so that we can correct the problem.

We accept returns for unopened products within 30 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee unless it is a qualified quality control issue (ie. Broken or defective, etc.)

Please e-mail us photos of quality defects along with your order number so that we may determine if a return is required.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Custom Products (such as Custom Tea Blends) & Gift Cards cannot be returned. 

To start a return, email us at info@rhinoandlucy.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
