All herbs are organic and ethically sourced 🌎

Brew Instructions

Amount: 1-3 tsp

Temp: 210 F

Time: 10 minutes

The amount of tsp per brew is up to the user's brewing preferences.

A standard cup of tea uses 1 tsp, however if you prefer to brew an herbal infusion to maximize the healing properties of the herbs then 3 tsp should be used.
To make an herbal infusion, add 3 tsp to a heat resistant glass (We love to use a French Press!), gently crush the herbs with your fingers or a pestle to help weaken the plant's cell walls, pour 1-2 cups of water (at the brew temp listed above) over the herbs, cover the glass to ensure the volatile oils do not escape, steep (for the time listed above). For a super infusion steep up to 8 hours.
To make a standard cup, add 1 tsp to a heat resistant glass, pour 1 cup of water (at the brew temp listed above) over the herbs, steep (for the time listed above)
